1. Get Started
  1. Sign Up & Login – Visit MoversMate Login Page and create your account.

  2. Set Up Your Profile – Go to Settings > Company Configuration to add your business details.

  3. Explore the Dashboard – Get familiar with key sections: Quotes, Bookings, and Customers.

2. Create Your First Quote
  1. Go to Quote Management – Click Create New Quote.

  2. Enter Customer & Move Details – Add pickup and drop-off locations.

  3. Add Inventory – List items being moved for accurate pricing.

  4. Review & Send – Check details and send the quote to the customer.

3. Manage Bookings
  1. Convert Accepted Quotes – Turn confirmed quotes into bookings.

  2. Schedule Jobs – Assign staff and set move dates.

  3. Track Status – Monitor upcoming jobs from the Bookings section.

  4. Add to Personal Calendar – Export bookings to Google Calendar, Outlook, or Apple Calendar for easy tracking.

  7. Track Status – Monitor upcoming jobs from the Bookings section.

4. Stay Organized
  • Use Templates for quick quoting.
