Set up your MoversMate account in a few simple steps for a smooth experience.

1. Accessing Account Settings
  1. Login – Go to the MoversMate Login Page and enter your credentials.

  2. Navigate to Settings – Click on your profile icon and select Company Configuration.

2. Updating Business Information
  1. Add Business Details – Enter your company name, contact information, and business address.

  2. Upload Your Logo – Helps personalize your quotes and emails.

  3. Set Default Preferences – Configure currency, measurement units, and default pricing.

3. Managing Users & Permissions
  1. Add Team Members – Go to User Access Control and invite staff members.

  2. Assign Roles – Define permissions based on roles (e.g., Admin, Sales, Operations).

4. Configuring Notifications
  1. Enable Email & SMS Alerts – Get notifications for new bookings and customer updates.

  2. Customize Notifications – Choose what updates you want to receive.


✅ Once these steps are complete, your account is set up and ready to use! You can now create quotes, manage bookings, and optimize operations.
