1. Creating a Job Schedule
  1. Go to Bookings > Job Scheduling.

  2. Click Create New Schedule.

  3. Select a booking and assign staff and vehicles.

  4. Confirm and save the schedule.

2. Modifying a Job Schedule
  • Edit Assignments – Change staff or vehicle assignments as needed.

  • Reschedule Jobs – Adjust job timing by selecting a new date and time.

  • Cancel Jobs – Remove scheduled jobs if necessary.

3. Tracking Scheduled Jobs
  • View job details in Calendar View or Job List.

  • Use Status Indicators to track progress.

4. Best Practices

✅ Assign jobs based on availability and workload. ✅ Keep schedules updated to avoid conflicts. ✅ Use color-coded statuses for easy tracking.
