1. Sending a Quote to a Customer
  1. Go to Quotes and select the prepared quote.

  2. Click Send Quote and choose email or SMS.

  3. Customize the message if needed.

  4. Click Send to deliver the quote.

2. Tracking Customer Responses
  • Pending – The customer hasn’t responded yet.

  • Accepted – The customer approved the quote.

  • Declined – The customer rejected the quote.

  • Modified – The customer requested changes.

3. Following Up on Quotes
  1. Check the status in Quote Management.

  2. Send a polite follow-up if there’s no response.

  3. Offer assistance in modifying the quote if needed.
