Go to Quotes and select the prepared quote.
Click Send Quote and choose email or SMS.
Customize the message if needed.
Click Send to deliver the quote.
Pending – The customer hasn’t responded yet.
Accepted – The customer approved the quote.
Declined – The customer rejected the quote.
Modified – The customer requested changes.
Check the status in Quote Management.
Send a polite follow-up if there’s no response.
Offer assistance in modifying the quote if needed.
