1. Creating a New Quote

  1. Go to Quotes in the main menu.

  2. Click Create New Quote.

  3. Enter customer details and move information.

  4. Add inventory items for an accurate price estimate.

  5. Review the summary and click Save & Send.

2. Managing Existing Quotes

  • Edit Quotes – Open a quote, modify details, and save changes.

  • Track Status – Monitor quotes under Pending, Accepted, or Declined.

  • Convert to Booking – Click Convert to Booking when a customer confirms.

3. Best Practices

✅ Use templates to save time on recurring quotes. ✅ Keep customer details updated for accuracy. ✅ Follow up on pending quotes to improve conversions.
