1. Sending Messages to Customers
  • Mobile Version (Calls & SMS):

    1. Open the MoversMate mobile app.

    2. Navigate to a booking and select the customer's contact details.

    3. Choose Call or Send SMS to communicate directly with the customer.

  • Desktop Version (Emails):

    1. Open MoversMate on a desktop browser.

    2. Select a booking and click Send Email.

    3. Customize the email message and click Send.

2. Communication Availability
  • Calls and SMS are only available on the mobile version.

  • Emails can only be sent from the desktop version.

  • There is no message history or saved conversations.

3. Best Practices

✅ Use the mobile app for direct calls and SMS. ✅ Send emails via desktop for detailed communication. ✅ Keep messages professional and clear.
